Memberships:
To become a member of Frames Sports Bar you will need to show us I.D (passport or driving licence) as well as two utility bills. Your membership is £30.00 for the year. Your membership allows you two guests at £3.00 each. Whilst your guests are with you, you are responsible for their conduct within the premises.
Bookings & timeslots:
As Frames Sports Bar becomes extremely busy we ask that you arrive for your booking on time and if you are running late, please let us know as we will only hold your table for 10 minutes. After this time we cannot guarantee you a table but we can however give you another table dependent on availability. If we are fully booked and you cannot get a table we will put your deposit towards the next time you are with us.
Damages:
Should any damages occur to the table or hire equipment whilst in your possession we will require a fee of £100.00.
Cancellation & refund policy:
If you need to cancel or amend your booking please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival time anytime after this and your card will be charged. If you have a group booking of 15+ people we would require at least 10 days notice of cancellation, failure to do so will result in your card being charged. If you need to increase the size of your party you may need to pay an additional deposit for those people.
