Frequently Asked Questions

What is required to sign up a new membership?

We require a photo ID and 2 utility bills as proof of address.

Do you need to book in advance?

We recommend booking in advance to secure your time with us however this is not a requirement.

Do you offer a re-tipping service? 

Yes, we charge £10.00 for a re-tip however we do not offer on-the-day retipping.

Are guests allowed?

Absolutely! Your membership with us allows you to bring two guests with you at a cost of £3.00 per guest.

Do you have disabled access?

Yes we have disabled toilet.

Do you provide cues?

We do indeed. We have hire cues available behind the bar, to hire one of these we will require an ID card as a deposit which will be returned to you once you have finished.

Do I pay by the hour or per match?

We have both hourly tables and some of our pool tables are pay as you go (£1.00 per game).

Can I bring my own food in?

Only food purchased from the bar may be consumed in the club.

Where can I park?

Frames Sports Bar has limited parking on the high street there is ‘Lion Green Car Park’ is a 3 minute walk from the club as well as parking bays on the residential roads surrounding us.

Do you show Football? 

Yes, in fact we can show all the live sports on our multi-screen TV’s surrounding our pool area.

Do you have WI-FI?

Yes, please ask a member of staff for access to this.

Can I play darts?

We do have a darts area however we kindly ask for you to bring your own as we don’t provide darts?

Does Frames Sports Bar have air conditioning?

The club is fully air conditioned both upstairs in the Snooker hall and downstairs

Do you offer Junior coaching?

Yes! On Wednesday evenings we have a Junior Pool League and on Friday evenings we have a Junior Snooker League We also have a Junior coaching club every Saturday for both pool and snooker. Please get in touch for more information.

Are dogs allowed? 

Unfortunately we don’t allow dogs into the club.
