This “Privacy Policy” sets out how Frames Sports Bar (“we”, “our”, “us”) uses and protects your information. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users of our website. Please note that all data thus captured will be used and held in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018.

Privacy Policy:
We ask that our customers/members to accept all our terms and conditions which includes our cancellation policy. All payments made via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc) are handled safely by our payment processor and will NOT be stored on our website.
As outlined in our privacy policy we will not share your personal information with any third parties without consent.
Information
We collect two types of information from you; ‘Personal Information’ (anything which identifies you as an individual, either on its own or by reference to other information) and ‘Aggregate Information’ (non-personally identifiable and anonymous data).
What we collect
The information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us. We may collect the following information:
- Full name
- Contact information (including email, phone, postal address)
- Demographic information (such as postcode, preferences)
- Other information relevant to customer surveys
Why we collect Information
We will only ever hold, use or disclose your Information for/to Frames Sports Bar/DOJO related businesses. We collect personal information so that we can operate effectively and provide customers with the best possible service. These include:

- Keeping you up to date with important changes to us
- Emailing you about new services, offers or other information we think you may find interesting using the email address which you provided. You will be given an option to opt-out of these newsletters and have an option to unsubscribe at any time in the footer of each email

- Processing a card payment through a third-party who only have access to the Information you provide directly to them when you make the card payment

We would like to use your personal data to send you details of our products or services identified as likely to be of interest to you. We will only send you information in line with the venue and preferences you selected when you provided this personal data. You may unsubscribe to our emails at any time through an unsubscribe option at the bottom of every email you receive from us.
Bookings & timeslots:
As Frames Sports Bar becomes extremely busy we ask that you arrive for your booking on time and if you are running late, please let us know as we will only hold your table for 10 minutes. After this time we cannot guarantee you a table but we can however give you another table dependent on availability. If we are fully booked and you cannot get a table we will put your deposit towards the next time you are with us.
Damages:
Should any damages occur to the table or hire equipment whilst in your possession we will require a fee of £100.00.
Cancellation & refund policy:
If you need to cancel or amend your booking please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival time anytime after this and your card will be charged. If you have a group booking of 15+ people we would require at least 10 days notice of cancellation, failure to do so will result in your card being charged. If you need to increase the size of your party you may need to pay an additional deposit for those people. Should you require a refund monies will be sent back to the payment card.
